Agency Account Manager (Project-Based)

About the role

Fireflies is a Dubai‑based creative agency that works across social media, content, creator campaigns and brand experiences throughout the Middle East. The company is seeking a Dubai‑based Account Manager on a project‑based engagement to manage luxury and premium client relationships from brief to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with luxury and premium clients.
• Lead client calls, meetings and status updates.
• Translate client briefs into clear internal actions.
• Coordinate with creative, social, content, influencer and production teams.
• Manage timelines, feedback, approvals and deliverables.
• Keep projects moving and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
• Maintain project trackers and status updates.
• Flag risks, delays or scope changes early.
• Support proposals, presentations and account growth where relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of agency account management or client servicing experience.
• Previous experience managing luxury, premium or high‑end brands.
• Based in Dubai and available for client meetings when required.
• Comfortable working on a project‑based engagement.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with strong follow‑up abilities.
• Experience with luxury hospitality, fashion, beauty, automotive, real estate, retail, lifestyle or events is highly relevant.
