Agency Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Agency Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts with advertising and media agencies in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for presenting our logistics solutions, shaping sales strategies and building lasting partnerships with key agency decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product and offer presentations/pitches to agencies and, where relevant, their clients.
• Analyse sales statistics and devise strategies to achieve growth targets for each product line.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – to generate new business with advertising and media agencies.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders within agency organisations.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of agency product portfolios and an established network of agency professionals.
• Proven track record working with major brands on the agency side or directly with leading advertising/media agencies.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, capable of persuading at all organisational levels.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing and a solid understanding of the advertising/media agency business model.
• Background in negotiations with agency vendors, either from the agency side or as a vendor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
