Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with a major client in the Middle East, designing and deploying AI‑powered solutions across the Salesforce platform. This client‑facing role blends deep Salesforce engineering expertise with the ability to quickly understand business challenges, prototype solutions and move high‑value Agentforce use cases into production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions, including autonomous agent workflows.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify, shape and prioritise valuable AI use cases.
• Rapidly prototype, test and productionise solutions within a forward‑deployed engineering model.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce, enterprise data platforms and external systems.
• Translate operational challenges into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Advise on solution architecture, security, governance and AI adoption.
• Lead client workshops, demonstrations and working sessions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers and business stakeholders throughout delivery and adoption.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience across the Salesforce platform.
• Practical experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI or broader Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Experience delivering technology solutions within the Engineering & Construction sector.
