Agentic Product Engineer

About the role

FAMS by Falkenherz Group is hiring an Agentic Product Engineer in Dubai Internet City, working onsite. The role suits a full-stack engineer who uses AI coding agents and checks their work before it reaches production. Candidates can be based in India, Pakistan or elsewhere, but must hold a valid Dubai visit visa by the time of the interview.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features, from data models and APIs to user interfaces.
• Work with a scalable, multi-tenant platform handling large volumes of real-time and time-series data.
• Use AI agents throughout the development lifecycle: specify, plan, build, test, review and prepare releases.
• Review and verify code for quality, security, performance and reliability.
• Debug production issues and take ownership of what you ship.
• Coordinate parallel agent work and deliver it as a clean, tested change.
• Work directly with product leadership and clients, turning feedback into improvements.

First 90 days

• Ship a feature in month one.
• Own a module in month two.
• Add an agent in month three.

Required profile

• 2-8 years of professional full-stack experience, with production work across frontend and backend.
• Daily experience using coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex, with sound judgment about their limitations.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• No industry experience needed; the company will teach you the domain.

Required skills

• JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS and React or Vue.
• Node.js, Express, REST APIs, authentication and background jobs.
• SQL and database fundamentals, including data modelling, indexes and query performance.
• Testing, Git and code review, with the ability to debug without relying on AI.
• Plus: LLM features, agent or MCP development, Redis, queues, cloud platforms, IoT, computer vision, maps or GIS.
