AI Agent Developer Internship

About the role

SteerAI is looking for a motivated student or fresh graduate to join a 6‑month internship focused on building AI‑powered agents that automate document handling, reporting and knowledge retrieval. You will work with large language models to create a conversational assistant that supports both English and Arabic users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a chatbot interface that automates routine tasks.
• Implement AI/LLM‑based solutions for document data extraction and form filling.
• Create user‑friendly web forms, dashboards or APIs for team access.
• Generate automated reports from templates and structured data.
• Integrate multi‑language (English/Arabic) support into the automation workflow.
• Maintain clean, well‑documented code and ensure proper API integration.
• Write user guides and conduct training sessions for the operations team.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or final‑year student in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong grasp of AI/ML concepts and natural language processing fundamentals.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and solve problems independently.
• Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• User‑experience mindset for designing intuitive interfaces.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP techniques.
