AI Agent Engineer – Banking Solutions (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Engineer to design and deliver LLM‑based agents that provide market intelligence for a leading banking client in Dubai. You will work on end‑to‑end AI solutions, from data retrieval to front‑end integration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build LLM‑driven AI agents for market intelligence generation.
• Develop retrieval and vector‑search capabilities using PostgreSQL and pgvector.
• Implement context management, multi‑agent orchestration and evidence‑grounded conversational workflows.
• Create FastAPI services to expose AI functionality to front‑end applications.
• Define and run AI evaluation, numeric verification, sourcing and compliance checks.
• Support Azure deployment, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and comprehensive documentation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on AI work, including LLM and agentic AI projects.
• Proven leadership of at least two technology or AI delivery projects.
