AI Agents Solutions Architect – Finance

About the role

Kraken is looking for an AI Agents Solutions Architect to design and build an AI‑native finance operating system. You will work at the intersection of finance operations and cutting‑edge automation, delivering both immediate production solutions and a long‑term architectural vision.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and map current finance operations, including close, reconciliations, treasury, reporting, controls validation, and audit preparation.
• Identify manual bottlenecks, capability gaps, and integration failures across systems such as NetSuite, BlackLine, Kyriba, Fireblocks, and Lukka.
• Benchmark existing processes against best‑in‑class practices and emerging AI capabilities to create a prioritized automation roadmap.
• Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, treasury, and finance operations teams to translate pain points into concrete automation requirements.
• Architect and implement an agentic finance platform that scales with Kraken’s global footprint and regulatory obligations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance operations within a regulated environment, preferably in crypto or fintech.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design end‑to‑end automation solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to work across cross‑functional teams.
