AI Business Analyst

About the role

The AI Business Analyst will partner with business units to identify, define, and drive AI use cases that deliver measurable value. You will translate complex business challenges into clear AI requirements and work closely with data scientists and solution architects to ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and refine AI use cases across the organisation, framing problem statements and success criteria.
• Assess feasibility of use cases based on technical complexity, data availability, and integration needs.
• Produce business cases, value assessments, process flows, and technical documentation to support experimentation.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops, communicating AI concepts and trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Apply systems thinking and root‑cause analysis to prioritize AI interventions that are sustainable and scalable.
• Stay current with generative AI, LLMs, semantic search, RPA and Microsoft AI tools, contributing to the company’s AI playbook.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3–6 years of business analysis experience, including at least 2 years on AI, analytics or digital transformation projects.
