AI Business Partner for Property & Buildings

About the role

WSP Middle East is looking for an experienced AI Business Partner to work directly with the Property & Buildings (P&B) Business Unit leadership. This senior position sits at the crossroads of design, engineering and applied intelligence, driving the integration of AI and computational design into core project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated AI partner for P&B leadership across the Middle East, shaping a clear AI and digital roadmap.
• Identify, prioritize and build business cases for high‑impact AI use cases throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the integration of AI tools such as Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD and Power BI into design workflows.
• Oversee end‑to‑end implementation of AI solutions in live projects, ensuring scalability and adoption.
• Establish governance, risk and compliance frameworks for AI deployment and support ethical client engagements.
• Track performance, report benefits and provide executive‑level updates on AI initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in architecture, engineering or a related built‑environment discipline.
• Proven ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value and ROI.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership.
• Experience leading change management in large, multidisciplinary programmes.

Required skills

• AI and computational design methodologies.
• Proficiency with Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD and Power BI.
• Data‑driven design and performance analytics.
