AI Creative Designer Art

About the role

We are looking for an AI Creative Designer to develop visually compelling, campaign‑ready concepts using both traditional design expertise and AI‑powered tools. The role supports the creative team in rapid concept exploration, image generation, visual storytelling and production efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑assisted visual concepts for campaigns, pitches, social media and digital assets.
• Use generative AI tools to create high‑quality compositions, characters, environments and campaign imagery.
• Translate briefs into strong visual directions while maintaining brand identity.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, Creative Directors and Account teams to refine ideas.
• Create multiple visual routes and moodboards quickly during concept and pitch stages.
• Combine AI‑generated assets with Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools to produce polished final outputs.
• Develop prompts and AI workflows to improve speed, quality and consistency of production.
• Explore emerging AI tools and identify practical applications for the creative team.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in art direction, visual design, graphic design, digital creative or advertising.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI tools for image/video creation.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and AI‑assisted creative work.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour, lighting and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Curious, experimental mindset with ability to continuously test and adopt new AI tools.
