AI & Data BrightStar Part-Time Student Program (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The BrightStar program at Deloitte offers a part‑time opportunity for high‑performing university students who are UAE nationals. Participants will work on AI and data‑focused engagements, gaining hands‑on experience across technology, cybersecurity and programming while supporting client projects and business development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of engagements within AI, Data, Computer Science, Technology, Cybersecurity and Programming.
• Assist business development and marketing activities to initiate and maintain contact with target companies.
• Help project teams deliver a superior client experience.
• Gain exposure to deep sector expertise across Energy, Industrial Resources, Financial Services, Government and Public sectors.
• Learn innovative approaches to analysing data and solving problems to draw meaningful conclusions.
• Identify new ideas that challenge conventional thinking and recognise untapped opportunities.

Required profile

• High‑achieving university student with a GPA above 2.5.
• Positive attitude with a strong appetite for learning.
• Team player who can collaborate effectively.
