About the role
Join the e& AI Graduate Programme, a 12‑month, full‑time development journey designed to shape UAE National talent into future tech leaders. Participants will explore emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and leadership fundamentals while gaining hands‑on experience across e& offices in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Explore emerging technologies and AI through structured learning and projects.
- Develop leadership fundamentals and apply them in real‑world assignments across various business units.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited UAE institution (all majors).
- Up to 2 years of professional experience, graduated within the last 2 years, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong passion for contributing to digital transformation.
