AI Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to join a leading healthcare technology partner in the United Arab Emirates. In this role you will bridge artificial intelligence, clinical workflows, and product innovation to create reliable, structured AI systems that support decision‑making and improve provider efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document, and continuously improve AI‑driven clinical documentation templates.
• Build structured AI workflows using GPT‑based technologies, including prompt chains, output contracts, and intermediate reasoning structures.
• Create and maintain retrieval‑ready knowledge assets in formats such as JSON, ontologies, tagging systems, and retrieval schemas.
• Convert trusted clinical resources into governed AI knowledge structures.
• Develop AI note‑generation architectures that incorporate templates, provider preferences, clinical rules, patient context, and human review.
• Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to define AI strategy and enhance intelligent clinical features.
• Support prototype development and contribute to technical implementation when needed.
• Design safety frameworks and guardrails to improve AI consistency, explainability, and provider confidence.

Required profile

• Strong background in AI systems, structured data, and healthcare workflows.
• Proven experience building reliable AI solutions that can be governed and scaled.
• Ability to translate complex clinical information into practical, governed AI workflows.
