AI Intern – Predictive Analytics (UAE National)

About the role

You will join Siemens Energy’s Predictive AI team in Abu Dhabi to help design, test and evaluate AI‑driven solutions for industrial and energy‑sector challenges. Working on real datasets, you will gain hands‑on experience in machine‑learning, time‑series analysis and risk‑modeling while exploring emerging Agentic and generative AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Support development, testing and evaluation of AI and data‑analytics solutions for industrial use cases.
• Analyse operational and engineering data to uncover patterns, trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Contribute to projects focused on time‑series forecasting, anomaly detection or predictive maintenance.
• Assist in designing mathematical models for risk assessment and decision support.
• Prototype Agentic AI and generative AI tools relevant to engineering and business processes.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations and reports to communicate findings.

Required profile

• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Python and data‑analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with machine‑learning concepts and data‑driven problem solving.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English.
