AI Research Engineer - Pre training

About the role

Join Tether's AI model team as an AI Research Engineer focused on pre‑training. You will help design and optimise large‑scale language models that power our digital finance ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and experiment with novel pre‑training architectures for small, large and multi‑modal models.
• Implement efficient training pipelines on NVIDIA GPU clusters.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to integrate models into Tether's blockchain‑based services.
• Benchmark model performance and iterate on optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in AI research or deep learning engineering.
• Strong publication or project record in large language model development.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work remotely with a global team.
