AI Technical Product Manager – Remote

Tether is looking for an AI Technical Product Manager to drive the vision of QV.AC, a privacy‑preserving, on‑device AI assistant. You will work closely with the Product Lead to translate high‑level ideas into concrete use cases, feature proposals and product requirements, ensuring that AI capabilities are turned into valuable, easy‑to‑use experiences for users worldwide.

In this role you will gather user feedback, conduct research, and identify where AI can solve real problems. You will write product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria and user flows, create wireframes, mockups and working prototypes, and collaborate with engineers to assess feasibility across devices, considering latency, memory, battery consumption and privacy. You will help prioritize the backlog, support planning, and drive features from discovery through delivery, reviewing the experience and coordinating release readiness.

The ideal candidate has at least seven years of product management experience, preferably on AI software products, and a practical background building or prototyping AI‑powered features. You must understand AI concepts such as inference, model capabilities, context and evaluation, and have a strong interest in local, on‑device AI.

Required technical skills include AI, on‑device inference, product analytics, user research, wireframing and mockup creation. Strong written and verbal communication, the ability to discuss technical trade‑offs with engineers and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.
