AI Transformation Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an AI Transformation Advisor to lead end‑to‑end AI adoption and transformation programmes for customers across the Middle East. Reporting to senior leadership, you will turn AI concepts into measurable business impact and help organisations become AI‑native.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute AI transformation programmes from strategy through delivery.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define AI vision, roadmap and adoption targets.
• Drive Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption through workshops, training sessions and real‑world use‑case implementation.
• Create and deliver innovation workshops, executive briefings and adoption programmes.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI use cases and simple AI agents.
• Build prototype AI agents to demonstrate tangible value.
• Manage adoption programmes, including KPI definition, tracking and reporting.
• Lead change‑management initiatives using frameworks such as ADKAR to ensure sustainable adoption at scale.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences and collaborate with architects, engineers and engagement teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI, digital or modern‑work transformation with a strong ability to engage senior leadership.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI‑driven productivity tools.
• Solid program‑management background, including multi‑phase delivery, KPI definition and continuous improvement.
• Experience in change management (e.g., ADKAR) and excellent storytelling and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud technologies; knowledge of the KSA/UAE market and Arabic language is a plus.
