About the role
The AI Transformation Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AI initiatives at Property Finder, turning high‑value use cases into measurable impact across product, sales, and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the AI transformation roadmap, prioritize use‑cases and align stakeholders.
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of AI products and agents, set quality and performance targets, and manage testing and launch governance.
- Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies for AI solutions, define target segments, and create enablement assets.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and commercial teams, and manage external AI vendors to ensure scope, cost and quality.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience leading AI initiatives across product, engineering and commercial functions.
- Ability to translate business opportunities into scoped projects with clear success metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management and consensus‑building skills.
- Experience in launching AI‑driven tools and managing vendor relationships.
