AI Transformation Specialist

About the role

As an AI Transformation Specialist you will redesign manual and repetitive processes across the business by building AI‑powered agents and automations that integrate with real systems. You will work with multiple functions, from operations to finance, to deliver tangible efficiency gains.

Key responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in business processes and propose AI‑driven improvements.
• Design, test, and deploy AI agents and workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms and APIs.
• Integrate solutions with CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, databases and other business tools.
• Measure impact of deployments, track time saved and continuously refine solutions.
• Document and demonstrate AI solutions to promote adoption across teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building AI agents, automations or AI‑powered tools.
• Portfolio of projects (e.g., side projects, hackathons, GitHub repos) that showcase practical AI solutions.
• Strong curiosity about business operations and ability to turn manual tasks into automated workflows.
• Proactive ownership: identify problems, build solutions and see them through to stable operation.
• Clear communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical colleagues.

Required skills

• AI prompting and use of AI models (ChatGPT, Claude).
• APIs and integration experience.
• Python programming.
• JavaScript programming.
• Experience with CRM systems, low‑code/automation platforms and agent frameworks.
