Air Conditioning Technician – Resort

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join the maintenance team at Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island. You will be responsible for ensuring the comfort of guests by maintaining and repairing the resort’s HVAC infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers and ventilation units.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on compressors, motors, thermostats and control systems.
• Diagnose faults, repair equipment and monitor refrigerant levels for leaks.
• Maintain temperature control across guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls and public areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front‑office to resolve guest complaints related to climate control.
• Manage inventory of tools and spare parts and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in HVAC or Refrigeration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or resort maintenance.
• Knowledge of central air‑conditioning systems and split units.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
