Air Defense Trainer

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking an Air Defense Trainer to support its Air Defense Business in the Middle East. You will deliver technical instruction on Anduril’s Counter‑UAS (CUAS) and air‑defense systems to international military users, ensuring they can operate safely and effectively in challenging environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive technical training for Middle‑East military users at all skill levels.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute New Equipment Training and Train‑the‑Trainer courses for operators and maintainers.
• Lead presentations and hands‑on instruction at customer sites, hazard zones, and Anduril test facilities.
• Design simulated training scenarios that reflect end‑user missions and operational contexts.
• Create, maintain, and manage training collateral for Air Defense and CUAS systems.

Required profile

• Passion for teaching cutting‑edge defense technology.
• Ability to work in potentially hazardous operational environments.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven capability to develop and own training material and projects.

Required skills

• Subject‑matter expertise with CUAS (Counter‑UAS) systems.
• Knowledge of Air Defense system operation and integration.
