About the role

As an Alliances Specialist – Incentive, you will support the development and execution of strategic alliances that expand Kyndryl offerings and strengthen customer outcomes. The role focuses on day‑to‑day partnership coordination, operational execution, and enablement across alliance partners, internal practices, and customer‑facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of alliance plans aligned to defined partner strategies and business priorities.
• Coordinate joint initiatives with partners such as go‑to‑market activities, enablement sessions, and solution alignment.
• Act as the operational point of contact between alliance partners, internal practices, and account teams.
• Track and maintain alliance data, including partner activities, commitments, and performance metrics.
• Develop partner materials like presentations, enablement content, and internal guidance.
• Prepare for partner reviews, business updates, and planning sessions.
• Identify execution gaps or dependencies and raise them with alliance leadership, providing context and recommended actions.

Required profile

• Experience supporting alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem programs in a technology or services environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional work involving sales, marketing, delivery, or partner organizations.
• Strong capability to manage multiple workstreams with clear tracking of actions, owners, and outcomes.
• Experience preparing and maintaining operational materials such as trackers, presentations, or reports.
• Demonstrated professionalism in working with external partners and internal stakeholders.
