About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Aluminium Facade Installation Supervisor to lead the installation of aluminium facades on construction projects in Dubai. The role involves ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications while collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of aluminium facades, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and architects to understand requirements and timelines.
• Supervise and mentor installation teams, providing guidance on best practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory and procurement of materials to ensure timely availability.
• Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports covering timelines, costs, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct inspections and ensure high‑quality installations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative aluminium façade solutions.
