Analyst - Credit Control I Real Estate

About the role

The Analyst – Credit Control I will support the finance team at Dubai Festival City by ensuring accurate payment processing, bank reconciliation and maintenance of customer accounts across real‑estate portfolios. The role demands high attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Record all cheques received in the YARDI PDC module daily to minimise transgressions.
• Process customer payments in YARDI and ensure timely bank deposits.
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts promptly to keep balances accurate.
• Reconcile daily bank statements against deposited cheques and resolve unreconciled items.
• Notify and follow‑up on bounced cheques to secure recovery as per agreements.
• Maintain and clear customer accounts, reducing unallocated credits through systematic checks.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the Credit Control Department as required.

Required profile

• Knowledge of accounts receivable and general bookkeeping procedures.
• 2‑3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience.
• 3‑4 years of experience in administrative finance roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time‑management skills with a strong customer focus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in YARDI for property‑related financial management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data handling and reporting.
