Analyst Trainee – CFA Training Programme

About the role

Mubadala Advisory Solutions is launching a dedicated Analyst Trainee programme for UAE nationals. The role combines a six‑month CFA training led by Dr. Zouheir Jarkass with hands‑on exposure to investment activities across Mubadala Investment Company and its portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured CFA curriculum and pass the Level I exam.
• Assist senior investment professionals on research, financial modelling, and due‑diligence tasks.
• Support the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations.
• Engage in cross‑functional projects to develop business and analytical skills.
• Attend mentorship sessions and receive coaching on professional development.

Required profile

• UAE national with a recent bachelor’s degree.
• Academic background in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, IT, Human Capital, Communications or related fields.
• Strong motivation to pursue a career in investment and finance.
• Willingness to work hard, learn quickly and commit to the two‑year development pathway.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of financial concepts and quantitative analysis.
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
