Analytics Business Manager – BriefCam Sales

About the role

Milestone Systems is seeking an Analytics Business Manager to drive sales of the BriefCam video‑analytics portfolio across government law‑enforcement and enterprise accounts in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa. The role is hybrid, based in the UAE office, and focuses on creating and closing strategic opportunities without people‑management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in coordination with the Director of Global Specialist Sales, EMEA.
• Conduct sales calls, schedule promotional activities and track all sales activities in Salesforce.
• Source, qualify and manage relationships with end‑users, system integrators and value‑added resellers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with XProtect VMS, pre‑sales, marketing and customer‑success teams.
• Promote BriefCam’s Video Synopsis solutions for rapid video review, real‑time alerting and quantitative research.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant sales or business‑development experience.
• Strong ability to engage end‑users and guide technical discussions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, collaborative environment.
