Appearance Team Leader

About the role

The Appearance Team Leader oversees stock control and ensures compliance with procedures while leading a team to maintain efficient daily operations. This role combines inventory management, team coordination, and continuous improvement within a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock control, ensuring accurate inventory records and adherence to established procedures.
• Lead and motivate the team through regular meetings, goal setting, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee daily operations including attendance, scheduling, holiday planning and reporting.
• Handle disciplinary documentation and coordinate training initiatives.
• Evaluate existing procedures, draft new ones, and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory replenishment, analyze stock movements and identify trends or red flags.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team activity, stock movements and purchases.
• Maintain and update documentation related to standardisation and best practices.
• Identify innovative approaches, coordinate projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, technology use and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience in stock management, procurement or a similar role.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Professional responsibility and confidentiality.
