About the role
Apple Retail is seeking an Expert to deliver an exceptional customer experience in Dubai. You will use deep product knowledge to help customers discover, purchase, and enjoy Apple products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate and sustain top‑performing sales and service by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate Apple solutions.
- Stay up‑to‑date on Apple products, services, purchase options, and store sales processes.
- Mentor and support peers by sharing product knowledge and assisting with ownership opportunities.
- Maintain accuracy in transactions and follow store guidance.
- Provide customer service and support across various store areas as needed.
Required profile
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays in line with business needs.
- Retail or sales experience, or related work background.
- Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and a collaborative store environment.
