Application Security Consultant – Google Cloud

About the role

As an Application Security Consultant you will join Mandiant Consulting to help clients secure their cloud, web, mobile and API environments. You will work on high‑impact engagements across the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, applying offensive security techniques to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform web, mobile and API security assessments following OWASP standards.
• Develop and execute red‑team and EDR‑evasion scenarios to test client defenses.
• Create custom security tools and scripts to automate testing and reporting.
• Deliver detailed findings, remediation guidance, and executive‑level presentations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security recommendations into cloud architectures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in three or more of the listed security domains.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with operating‑system security across Linux and other platforms.
