Application Support Engineer

About the role

The Application Support Engineer will join the Delivery Team to provide end‑to‑end support for business‑critical applications, handling incidents, requests and changes while ensuring reliable front‑end and back‑end functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Support application users by receiving issues and requests, investigating, resolving and providing consistent updates.
• Perform unit and integration testing, conduct bug fixing and manage code migration across environments.
• Analyze application functionality, suggest improvements, and document processes and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with development teams, internal users and clients to enhance application performance and resolve root‑cause errors.
• Maintain configuration records, schedule updates, and handle user access requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on IT experience in software development or application support.
• Preferred 8+ years of relevant experience and familiarity with agile development practices.
