Application Technician - Consumer Fragrance

About the role

As a Fragrance Application Specialist, you will support the development, evaluation, and application of fragrance compounds across different product categories, ensuring excellent olfactive performance, stability, and customer satisfaction. You will prepare and execute fragrance applications following laboratory procedures and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute fragrance applications following laboratory procedures and project requirements.
• Evaluate fragrance performance in various product bases, including stability, olfactive profile, and product compatibility.
• Support perfumers and evaluators with application testing and technical feedback.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, formulations, test results, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting fragrance performance and application‑related issues.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering results within deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science or related field.
• Experience in a laboratory, application, formulation, R&D, or quality control environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills and proactive attitude.
