Applied Behavioral Analyst – Clinical Support for Autism

About the role

The Applied Behavioral Analyst (Sakina) provides direct clinical support to children with autism and related developmental disabilities across home, community, and school environments. Working under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the role focuses on delivering ABA‑based teaching, behavior reduction protocols, and data‑driven progress monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Implement prescribed skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction protocols.
• Collect, record, and summarize observable behavior data.
• Develop behavior support plans and conduct functional assessments.
• Communicate client progress to parents, caregivers, teachers, and the treatment team.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training aligned with individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain client confidentiality, a clean and safe therapy environment, and follow infection‑control procedures.
• Assume Lead Behavioral Technician duties when required and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff.
• Attend required trainings to keep technical knowledge up‑to‑date.
