Applied Behavioural Analyst

About the role

Provide direct client care in one‑to‑one and group settings, delivering intensive teaching and natural environment training. Follow prescribed behavioural skill acquisition and reduction protocols while maintaining confidentiality and a safe therapy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behaviour; write behaviour support plans and conduct functional assessments.
• Communicate progress to parents, caregivers, teachers, and the Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA); assist with caregiver training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and occupational health policies.
• Collaborate with the treatment team, including clients, families, external professionals, Lead Behavioural Technicians, ABA interns, and co‑workers.

Required profile

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA, BCaBA, or equivalent certification preferred; qualified for DOH licensing as ABA.
• Minimum 2 years of post‑qualification experience in a related field.
