Apprenticeship Manager – Remote (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of apprenticeship programs across our organization. This remote, full‑time position will work closely with HR, learning and development, operations, and external partners to build high‑quality pathways for future talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement apprenticeship strategies, frameworks, policies, and governance models aligned with workforce planning.
• Manage end‑to‑end program delivery, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, mentoring, performance monitoring, certification, and program completion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners such as universities, vocational institutions, industry associations, and government agencies.
• Monitor KPIs such as recruitment, retention, completion rates, certification achievement, and post‑program employment.
• Design structured learning pathways, competency frameworks, training schedules, career progression plans, and mentoring programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, educational standards, funding requirements, health and safety regulations, and other applicable guidelines.
• Coordinate apprentice rotations, skills assessments, progress reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Promote apprenticeship programs through employer branding, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and community outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing apprenticeship or talent development programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership building skills.
• Knowledge of labor legislation, educational standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple departments and external partners.
