Aquaventure Guest Services Attendant

About the role

The Aquaventure Attendant ensures the daily set‑up and maintenance of guest cabanas, towel cabanas, and buggy services at Atlantis Dubai’s waterpark. Working in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment, you will interact with guests from around the world, delivering 5‑star service and supporting the resort’s operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of beach areas, cabanas, towel cabanas and guest buggies, reporting and following up on any maintenance issues.
• Set up and maintain Aquaventure Guest Cabana and Towel Cabana areas to 5‑star presentation standards, including stocking towels and handling POS transactions.
• Operate and inspect guest buggies, enforce safety rules, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Liaise with Facilities, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping to coordinate seamless service delivery.
• Handle guest complaints, incidents, lost‑child reports and emergency procedures according to the EAP.
• Perform cleaning duties for cabanas, umbrellas, sun loungers and related equipment.

Required profile

• High school education or hospitality certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality, hotel, F&B or leisure environment.
• Above‑average English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).
• Physical ability to work up to 10 hours per day in extreme heat and sandstorm conditions.
• Valid driving licence is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience operating a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
