Arabic B Teacher – Primary & Secondary

About the role

GEMS Education is seeking a dedicated Arabic B Teacher to join its primary and secondary programmes in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will align with the school’s core values, demonstrate a genuine appreciation of regional culture, and contribute to a vibrant learning community.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons for primary and secondary students.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff at all levels.
• Track and assess student progress, using data to inform planning, intervention, and feedback.
• Participate in parent‑teacher conferences and maintain positive relationships with families.
• Contribute to the wider school community through teamwork and flexible collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature or equivalent (B.Ed preferred).
• Minimum two years of teaching experience at primary and/or secondary level.
• Valid teaching certification/approval (KHDA, ADEC, SPEA, MOE or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English (IELTS 6 or higher).
• UK‑enhanced DBS or equivalent police check.
