Arabic B Teacher – Secondary (Start Aug 2024)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Arabic B teacher for secondary students to join Cambridge International School – Dubai starting August 2024. The successful candidate will create an engaging, inspiring learning environment and contribute to our world‑class curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Arabic B lessons for secondary classes in line with the school curriculum.
• Develop interactive and motivating classroom activities that foster student participation.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance cross‑subject learning and school initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies (or equivalent) or a B.Ed.
• Valid teacher‑qualifying certification.
• Minimum two years of experience teaching at secondary level.
• Strong command of written and spoken English (IELTS 6 or higher).

Required skills

• Proficient use of information technology for lesson preparation and student assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
