Arabic Content Management Executive (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Dubai Mall Online is the official digital platform of Dubai Mall, bringing its retail brands together in one online shopping destination powered by e-commerce technology, logistics and customer experience capabilities. It is looking for an Arabic Content Management Executive to help build and scale this high-growth business from the ground up, working alongside well-known brands and shaping the future of omnichannel retail in the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Create, translate and localize Arabic product titles, descriptions and category content across the platform
• Ensure Arabic content is accurate, consistent and matches the brand's tone of voice
• Review and edit content submitted by retailers and brand partners for quality and compliance
• Manage content uploads and updates in the catalogue, keeping Arabic and English listings aligned
• Support campaign and promotional content in Arabic (banners, app and web copy, push notifications, emails)
• Maintain content guidelines, glossaries and style standards for Arabic
• Run regular audits to fix errors, gaps and inconsistencies
• Work with the catalogue, marketing, design and brand teams to meet launch deadlines
• Track content quality metrics and suggest improvements

Required profile

• 1-3 years in Arabic content writing, editing or content management; e-commerce or retail experience is a plus
• Native-level Arabic with excellent grammar, spelling and style
• Strong English for translation and cross-team work
• Degree in Arabic, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field
• Knowledge of GCC consumer culture and language nuances

Required skills

• Experience with CMS or catalogue tools and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail
• Understanding of SEO and e-commerce content best practices
• Ability to manage high volumes and tight deadlines
