Arabic Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering clear, professional assistance through email, chat, or phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when required) via multiple channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Document all interactions in our CRM system and maintain up‑to‑date case records.
• Ensure communications meet quality standards and handle complaints with empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams, attend training sessions, and stay informed on product updates.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently from home.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
