Arabic Language Expert (AI Training)

About the role

Alignerr is seeking native‑or‑near‑native Arabic speakers to help improve AI systems that generate and understand Arabic. You will work remotely, reviewing AI‑produced content and providing feedback that ensures linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and natural flow.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Arabic translations and original content for correctness and naturalness.
• Identify mistranslations, awkward phrasing, register mismatches, and cultural issues.
• Suggest clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate revisions.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality.
• Work independently on a flexible schedule, delivering 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Arabic with strong written skills in both Arabic and English.
• Solid command of Modern Standard Arabic and awareness of regional variations.
• Detail‑oriented, consistent, and self‑motivated.
• No prior AI experience required.
