About the role
Low Calories is seeking an experienced Arabic Quality Control Specialist to support the production of safe, healthy, and high-quality food products. The role focuses on monitoring quality‑control procedures, maintaining food‑safety standards, conducting inspections, documenting findings, and supporting continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality‑control procedures throughout food production.
- Ensure compliance with food‑safety standards, hygiene protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections and quality assessments.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives related to food quality and safety.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of proven Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience.
- Food‑industry experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food‑safety standards and hygiene protocols.
- Arabic‑speaking ability.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
