Arabic Receptionist at Abu Dhabi International Airport Business Park

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to join our front‑office team at the Abu Dhabi International Airport Business Park. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in and check‑out experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers in line with brand standards.
• Handle telephone enquiries, provide information on promotions, room rates and local attractions.
• Process reservations, cancellations and payments accurately, following cash‑handling procedures.
• Maintain the reception area, manage correspondence, emails and filing.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for prompt resolution.
• Ensure guest safety by adhering to safety guidelines.
• Identify corporate leads and foster long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office environment.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS).
