About the role
We are seeking a professional and presentable Arabic Receptionist to manage front‑desk operations in our Al Ain office. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, as full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Provide general administrative support at the reception area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front‑desk environment.
- Assist with basic documentation and office coordination tasks.
- Perform any other reception‑related duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Fluent Arabic communication skills.
- Male or female candidates are welcome.
- Fresh graduates with basic computer knowledge.
- No prior receptionist experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training.
