Arabic-speaking Architect / Facility Planner – Immediate Start

About the role

Ontime Group is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Architect / Facility Planner who can join the team immediately. You will design efficient facility layouts and act as the primary liaison for Arabic‑speaking clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects meet local regulations and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to capture architectural and facility planning needs, emphasizing clear Arabic communication.
• Produce detailed architectural and layout designs using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry‑standard tools.
• Verify that all designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and prepare reports in both Arabic and English.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining high quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven experience in facility planning and architectural design.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and start immediately.
