Arabic-Speaking Communications Manager

About the role

Brookfield is looking for an Arabic-speaking Corporate Communications Manager to join its Communications team in Dubai. This is a broad, execution-focused role covering media relations, content development and project management, reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications for India and Middle East. It supports storytelling across earned, owned and internal platforms and helps build regional capability aligned with Brookfield's global communications framework.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and edit content such as transaction announcements, executive communications, internal memos, social media and digital content, keeping it consistent with brand standards and tone of voice
• Support owned content across website, intranet, social, video and newsletters, and provide writing support to senior stakeholders
• Plan and execute communications and content initiatives across the Middle East, managing timelines, approvals and deliverables across multiple projects
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows with internal teams and external partners or agencies, and support multimedia content including video
• Handle media relations: respond to media inquiries, draft press releases, Q&As, briefing documents and talking points, and build relationships with journalists
• Support issues and reputation management, including monitoring, escalation and response coordination
• Identify and track industry thought leadership events and support on-the-ground support for Brookfield events in the Middle East

Required profile

• 7-10 years of professional experience in communications, in agency or in-house
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is mandatory
• Experience supporting content across digital and social channels
• Experience working with media in the Middle East, ideally in financial services or related sectors
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across geographies
