Arabic Teacher – Immediate Start

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for an enthusiastic Arabic Teacher to join Al Ghad Charter School in Abu Dhabi on an immediate start. The school follows the UAE Ministry of Education curriculum and aims to provide a vibrant, inclusive learning environment for Emirati students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess Arabic language lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to design engaging, curriculum‑aligned units.
• Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, using appropriate behaviour management strategies.
• Track student progress using Target Tracker and provide data‑driven feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about student achievement.
• Work with support staff such as speech therapists and educational psychologists when needed.
