About the role

GEMS Winchester School in Fujairah is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Arabic Teachers to join the faculty starting August 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality Arabic language instruction to students across various grade levels while fostering a dynamic learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Arabic language lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and department heads to develop interdisciplinary projects.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
• Utilise educational technology to enhance instruction and student interaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Arts in Arabic Language.
• Bachelor of Education (traditional university degree; distance or open‑university qualifications are not accepted).
• Strong command of English to interact effectively with students, colleagues and parents.
• Creative, enthusiastic and able to inspire learners both inside and outside the classroom.
• Excellent team player who contributes positively to the department and school community.

Required skills

• Proficient use of standard IT tools for classroom management and communication.
