Arabic‑Speaking Telesales Representative (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Arabic‑speaking Telesales Representative to join our Dubai team at URA HOMES REAL ESTATE. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation and supporting the sales team to achieve targets in the real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Communicate professionally in Arabic and English, building rapport and understanding customer needs.
• Generate, qualify and follow up leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• Handle customer questions, objections and concerns, providing relevant product information.
• Coordinate with the sales team, providing regular updates on lead status and contributing to individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in tele‑sales, tele‑calling, customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent Arabic speaking skills (mandatory) and good command of English.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Currently based in the UAE or able to join immediately.
