Arabic‑Speaking Video Editor for Real Estate Content

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, creative Arabic‑speaking Video Editor to transform raw footage into scroll‑stopping content that drives real‑estate leads for GI Properties.

Key responsibilities

• Edit up to five short‑form videos daily for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and property walkthroughs, using sharp cuts and fast pacing.
• Apply kinetic typography, graphic overlays, seamless transitions, colour correction and sound design tailored for social‑media algorithms.
• Localise content by creating Arabic captions, voice‑over sync and visual messaging for GCC audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, videographers and the social‑media team to plan hooks, storyboard concepts and organise digital assets.
• Monitor trending audio, viral formats and emerging post‑production styles in the real‑estate sector.

Required profile

• Available to start immediately or on short notice.
• Strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating fast‑paced, high‑quality video editing, preferably in real‑estate or luxury lifestyle.
• Based in Dubai and able to work on‑site at Sheikh Zayed Road.
