Archer GRC Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Archer GRC Techno-Functional Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will combine deep technical knowledge of the RSA Archer platform with functional expertise in audit, risk management, compliance and cybersecurity.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, customize and enhance RSA Archer applications, workflows, dashboards, reports and integrations.
• Develop and maintain Archer APIs, data feeds and integrations with third‑party security tools.
• Perform data migrations, system upgrades and troubleshoot Archer environments.
• Implement role‑based access controls and security policies within Archer.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into Archer configurations and support regulatory audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience with RSA Archer GRC implementation, configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, SOX) and cybersecurity best practices.
• Proven ability to work with internal security, risk and audit teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• RSA Archer platform configuration and administration.
• Archer APIs and data feed development.
• SQL, JavaScript, XML and REST API programming.
• Experience with on‑premise and cloud‑based Archer environments.
